Daniel N ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MyFitnessLog mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

MyFitnessLog is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal data and your workout information stays on your device.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Workout history and exercise logs
• Personal records and statistics
• Custom exercises and workout templates
• Body measurements and weight tracking
• App preferences and settings

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name or email address
• We do not collect your location data
• We do not track your browsing activity
• We do not sell any data to third parties
• We do not use advertising or ad tracking

Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to improve the app experience. This data cannot be used to identify you personally and includes:

• App crashes and error reports
• Feature usage patterns (e.g., which screens are most used)
• Device type and operating system version

You can opt out of analytics in the app settings.

Data Export and Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• Export: You can export all your workout data at any time in JSON or CSV format from the app settings.
• Delete: You can delete all your data by uninstalling the app or using the "Clear All Data" option in settings.

Apple Health Integration

If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, MyFitnessLog may read and write workout data to Apple Health. This data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and remains on your device. We never access your Apple Health data remotely.

Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Expo: For app updates and crash reporting

Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
