Systemize ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

Data Collection

Systemize is a local-first application. All your data including:

• Daily schedules and tasks
• Habit tracking information
• Todo lists
• Personal preferences and settings

...is stored exclusively on your device using local SQLite database storage.

No Account Required

Systemize does not require:

• User accounts
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Sign-ups or registrations

You can use the app completely anonymously.

No Third-Party Services

We do not use:

• Analytics services
• Advertising networks
• Cloud storage services
• Third-party tracking tools

Data Storage

All application data is stored locally on your device using:

• SQLite database for task and habit storage
• iOS local storage for app preferences

Your data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not backed up to our servers (we don't have servers)
• Is not shared with any third parties
• Is deleted when you uninstall the app

Permissions

Systemize may request the following device permissions:

• Notifications - To remind you of scheduled tasks and habits (optional)
• Local Storage - To save your tasks and habits on your device

We do not request access to:

• Camera
• Photo Library
• Contacts
• Location
• Microphone

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) protects your data
• We recommend keeping your device secure
• Enable device encryption for additional security

Children's Privacy

Systemize does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we don't collect any data at all, the app is safe for all ages.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing an in-app notification for significant changes

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all data by:

1. Uninstalling the app, OR
2. Using the "Clear All Data" option in the app settings (if available)

Your Rights

Since we don't collect or store your data:

• There is no data for us to access, export, or delete
• You have complete control over your data on your device
• You can delete the app and all data at any time
