By downloading, installing, or using Systemize ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Systemize is a mobile application that provides:

• Daily schedule planning and timeline visualization
• Habit tracking with streak management
• Task and todo list management
• All features operate locally on your device

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Systemize for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You May:

• Use the app on your personal iOS device
• Create unlimited tasks, habits, and schedules
• Use all features for personal productivity

You May Not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app

4. User Content

All content you create in Systemize (tasks, habits, schedules) is stored locally on your device. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

We do not:

• Access your content
• Store your content on our servers
• Have any rights to your content

5. Disclaimers

No Warranties

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The app is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the app will meet your requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.

7. Data Backup

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You are responsible for backing up your device
• We are not responsible for any data loss
• Uninstalling the app will delete all data
• Device failures may result in data loss

Recommendation: Use iCloud or iTunes backup to protect your data.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the app at any time
• Update features, change functionality
• Update these Terms at any time

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Systemize is a productivity tool, not a medical device or professional service. The app does not provide medical advice, professional counseling, or health recommendations.
