Quick Start Guide
1. Timeline Screen
Your main view showing your day from wake-up to sleep:
- Add tasks: Tap the blue + button
- View weekly grid: Swipe or tap on different days
- Complete tasks: Tap on a task and mark as done
- Extended blocks: Longer tasks take up more space visually
2. Habits Tab
Build habits you want, break habits you don't:
- Create habit: Tap + and choose recurring schedule
- Track streak: Complete habits daily to maintain streaks
- Color coding: Green (completed), Red (missed), Gray (upcoming)
3. Todo Tab
Manage unscheduled tasks:
- Add todos: Tasks that don't have specific times
- Schedule later: Drag todos to your timeline when ready
- Quick capture: Perfect for ideas and tasks to organize later
Common Questions
How do I add a task?
- Tap the blue + button at the bottom of the screen
- Enter task title and choose an emoji icon
- Set the time
- Optionally set duration for time blocks
- Tap Save
How do I create a habit?
- Go to the Habits tab
- Tap the + button
- Enter habit name and icon
- Choose recurrence: Daily, Weekdays, Weekends, or Custom
- Set the time you want to do this habit
- Tap Save
How do I view my weekly schedule?
On the Timeline screen, you'll see a weekly grid view showing all 7 days. Tap on any day to see that day's detailed timeline. Color coding shows: Green (completed), Red (incomplete), Gray (upcoming).
What are "extended blocks"?
Tasks with duration appear as blocks that stretch vertically:
- 30 min task = smaller block
- 2 hour task = larger block
- Visual size matches time commitment
How do I set my wake/sleep times?
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Daily Schedule"
- Set your wake-up time
- Set your sleep time
- Your timeline will adjust to show only your active hours
Can I sync across devices?
Currently, Systemize stores all data locally on your device. Cloud sync is not available in version 1.0.
How do I backup my data?
- Enable iCloud Backup in iOS Settings
- Your Systemize data will be included in your device backup
- Alternatively, use iTunes/Finder to backup your device
Troubleshooting
App crashes or freezes
- Force quit the app (swipe up from home)
- Restart the app
- If problem persists, restart your device
- Update to the latest version in the App Store
Notifications not working
- Go to iOS Settings > Notifications > Systemize
- Ensure "Allow Notifications" is enabled
- Check notification time settings in the app
Data lost after update
- Check if you're signed into the correct iCloud account
- Restore from iCloud or iTunes backup
- Contact support if data cannot be recovered
Tips & Best Practices
1. Start with your non-negotiables
Add your wake-up time, meals, and sleep time first. Build your schedule around these anchors.
2. Be realistic with time blocks
If a task takes 2 hours, block out 2 hours. The visual feedback helps you see if you're overcommitting.
3. Use habits for daily routines
Instead of creating the same task every day, use the Habits feature with "Daily" recurrence.
4. Check your weekly view
Sunday night, review your upcoming week. Adjust tasks as needed.
5. Follow the system
The power is in consistency. Follow your system even when you don't feel like it.

Is my data private?
Yes! All data is stored locally on your device. We cannot access your information.
Do I need an account?
No account required. Download and start using immediately.
Can others see my data?
Only if they have physical access to your unlocked device. Use Face ID/Touch ID for security.
System Requirements
- iOS: 13.0 or later
- Devices: iPhone, iPad
- Storage: ~50 MB
- Internet: Not required (works offline)
